Our animals are raised and harvested with love and respect.   In their final moments they get snuggles, a kiss and a special treat.  All things they get on a regular basis.  

They are not subjected to a stressful environment, uncaring dispatch or harsh chemicals.  Instead we use a hypochlorous acid wash.  This is a USDA/FDA approved antibacterial treatment for raw meat.  If you would like to more info please click the links below.
